    COVID-19 Precautions

Beginning October 18, proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test (taken within 72 hours prior to the event) is require to attend. Proof of vaccination status or negative COVID test will be verified at check-in on the day of the event, along with valid photo ID. Those unable to provide proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test will not be permitted to attend. For guests under 12 years old who may not have valid photo ID, proof of negative COVID-19 test alone will be permitted. All other students and guests need to provide a form of photo ID for verification.

Please refrain from visiting campus if you do not feel well, have covid-like symptoms, or if you have been in contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19.

Masking and physical distancing is expected by everyone – regardless of vaccination status – inside campus buildings. If you are not fully vaccinated you will also need to wear a mask while outdoors on campus. If you do not have a face covering, we will have disposable masks available for use. Face coverings should cover both your nose and mouth.

People are considered fully vaccinated after receiving their last shot in a vaccine series. There are several forms of valid proof of vaccination:

    • A CDC vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered)
    • A photo of a CDC vaccination card as a separate document or a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device
    • Documentation of vaccination from a health care provider or state immunization information system record
